Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or production begins. Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations made before dispatch. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Do not return items to the manufacturer. Only one shipping charge applies for returns, and no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
